MMHI Coordinator

Mahmoud Hamdi

Mahmoud Hamdi is excited to be working as the Muslim Mental Health Initiative (MMHI) coordinator at the Markaz. Mahmoud is a Junior looking to Major in Psychology. More specifically, he is interested in the mechanisms behind addiction and how one's past experiences can cause one to be more addiction-prone and affect later mental health outcomes. Mahmoud hopes to go to Med school after Stanford (if he can make it that far... haha) in the pursuit of becoming a doctor. Outside the classroom, Mahmoud enjoys chatting with family and friends, working out, cooking, sleeping, and binging all Islamic-related content on youtube.
